Account Registration
To make online shopping easier and faster, you may register with
AberdeenGalleria.com. As a
registered shopper you only have to enter your shipping address and billing
information once; they will be secured with us for your future use. Using your
email address and a password and security question once, you may access your
account online at any time to add,delete, or change information.
Order Status & History
We will send updates regarding the status of your order to the email you
provided when ordering.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is automatically applied to your
AberdeenGalleria.com in accordance with California state shipping addresses only.
Gift Wrap
Upon your request, for $5.00 per gift, we will wrap your gift in holiday gold
foil paper, trim it with grosgrain ribbon and adorn it with a holiday ornament
and include your message on a gift card. Please click gift wrap when ordering.
Shipping & Payment Options
Most purchases are shipped from our location to arrive within five business days
from receipt of your order. For an additional charge of $15.00 per address, we
can expedite delivery to most destinations. We currently use Federal Express,
U.P.S. and U.S.P.S. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American
Express and Discover.
Returns & Cancellations
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift,
you can return it for exchange or merchandise credit within fifteen days (15) of purchase. Email
customerservice@aberdeengalleria.com with your invoice number to get a
Return Authorization (RA) , and use the shipping carrier most convenient for you
and send the package with proper insurance to:

IMPORTANT: Shipping fees are non-refundable. We’re sorry but we cannot
accept COD packages.
Cancellations
Depending on the status of your web order, you may be able to cancel it before
it ships.
Damage In Transit
Every item in our collection is inspected before leaving the warehouse. We
encourage you to do the same upon receipt of purchase. In the event that damage
occurs in transit , please contact
customerservice@aberdeengalleria.com within 5 business days of receipt of
merchandise. Arrangements will be made to get a replacement to you. |
